Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Charges

shop.correctivebeauty.com will ship your order directly to your door via US Mail or Fed Ex Ground unless you choose Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select.   All shipping charges are based upon the weight of your order and a small handling fee.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Although our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, we can only process orders during our hours of operation.  So, if you need an item overnighted be sure to order before 9 am (PST).  (Also note that if you are placing an overnight shipping order after 9 am, PST,  Friday your order will not be processed until 8 A.M. Monday).

Usual delivery time is 10-14 working days for products that will be shipping from our warehouse.  You will be promptly informed of delivery dates for products that are back-ordered.

Returns & Exchanges

shop.correctivebeauty.com strives to provide the best possible service to our customers while keeping our prices competitive.  We make every effort to be sure your ordering experience is pleasant and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

When you receive your order:

  1. Look it over carefully and make sure you received what you ordered.
  2. shop.correctivebeauty.com will gladly accept your returns, should it be necessary, as outlined below.
  3. You may return an item for refund.  However, a 15% restocking fee, and actual shipping charges, will be deducted from the total.
  4. Returned items must be returned to shop.correctivebeauty.com within 30 days of receipt of order.

Sales Tax

If you reside in California and are not a reseller or tax free governmental agency we will add applicable sales tax.

Payment Options

We accept Visa and Master Card, for all types of orders (internet).  Open account terms may be extended to business or government agencies pending credit application and approval.

If you are purchasing products in large quantities we will be glad to provide you with a special price quote.

Due to the wide selection of products being offered, there may be occasional errors found on this website. We reserve the right to make corrections in the event of a misprint or change.
